The Technology Group LLC is Looking to Hire a Motivated Network Engineer with Microsoft Exchange expertise to support our greater New Haven clients

As a Technology Group engineer, you will be part of a team supporting mid-sized clients, in the greater New Haven medical, non-profit and professional services markets. These clients have mission critical needs; they require dedication and excellence, and our engineers ~ some of the most knowledgeable in the business ~ don’t disappoint!

Qualified Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

• extensive experience supporting a variety of clients in the field; (candidates with only "in-house" experience need not apply)
• minimum 2-year degree; bachelor degree preferred
• 5 years or more experience working in a Microsoft Exchange Server Environment. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting along with a thorough understanding of its design and architecture.
• possesses a thorough understanding of Active Directory directory services, Domain Name System (DNS) and other core network services related to Exchange Server 2007/2010
• be resourceful to other engineers especially in the exchange server environment
• efficient troubleshooting skills
• MCP certifications desirable
• VMware desirable
• CCNA, and MCSE/MCITP certifications a plus
• Microsoft Exchange Server Certification highly desirable.
• exhibit a confident, polished and professionalism mannerism
• ability to speak and write in fluent English

Candidates living in the New Haven area are strongly encouraged to apply. Travel is limited mostly to Connecticut.
